Quality Assurance Business Analyst Responsibilities
- System testing including external testing management & user acceptance testing.
- Preparing test cases to ensure development is successfully implemented
- Documenting the requirements for end to end automation testing
- Documenting the software requirements for future versions/features of the platform
- Performing requirements analysis.
- Documenting process maps of how the system works and how the team/customers interact with the software
- Assisting with the CRM and software integration
- Assisting with scoping and scheduling of the development
- Assisting with the project management
- Assisting users of the system in a tech support role
- Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
- Updating, implementing and maintaining procedures.
- Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas, findings, and to review.
- Managing projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance.
- Managing competing resources and priorities.
- Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.
Business Analyst Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in business or related field or an MBA.
- A minimum of 2 years experience in business analysis or a related field.
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- Advanced technical skills.
- Excellent documentation skills.
- Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- Experience creating detailed test cases and managing test processes
- Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook – alternatively Google Suite
- A track record of following through on commitments.
- Excellent planning, organisational, and time management skills.
- Experience working with top performing teams.
- A history of leading and supporting successful projects.
