Getting the right property developing finance

There is a mistaken belief that profitable land development requires the construction of a house, or houses. However, a good proportion of the value of a property lies in the land, not in the buildings.

In fact, creating a new allotment through a land subdivision is often considered less risky and more profitable than developing and selling land with houses and the project timeframes are a lot shorter.
